It was an exciting night, full of celebration and community spirit, as we look forward to an incredible 2025.
The award for Citizen of the Year was presented to Jim Baum, who was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the community. The award was handed to him by last year’s recipient, Aaron Wilson. In the Business of the Year category, Sylvia and Renee Guerrero of Tastee Burger were honored for their 35 years of dedication and service to Lockney. The Fireman of the Year award was presented to George Basaldua, with Justin Graves delivering the accolade.
