FLOYDADA, TX – The Lockney Lady Horns made the short trip to battle the Floydada Lady Winds in a non-district game on Monday.
Floydada was able to get ahead early 19-5 at the end of the first quarter and continued that momentum into the second, adding twenty points to make it 39-13 going into halftime.
The Lady Winds defense held the Lady Horns to just five points in the second half to end the game 66-17.
Lady Winds moved to 6-2 overall with the win on Monday.
