LORENZO, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds will begin their basketball season on Tuesday as they travel to Lorenzo to battle the Hornets in a non-district game.
Floydada finished last season as district champions with a record of 28-9 overall and 13-2 in district.
Lorenzo finished their season last year with a 20-10 overall record and 11-1 in district.
Tip-off for Tuesday’s game will be at 7:45, with live coverage of the game that can be heard on 106.1 FLiP-FM.
