Floydada Firefighters Respond to Seven Calls in May

FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Fire Department reports seven runs during the month of May, almost half of which were to battle grass fires.

Two of the runs during the month were in relation to severe weather and cloud watching.

The entire department is made up of volunteers from the community.
