Phil Green (Floydada)
Phil Green, age 75, of Floydada, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the Moore-Rose Funeral Home Chapel with Gilbert Flores officiating. Interment will follow at the Floydada Cemetery.
Phil was born January 16, 1948, in Muleshoe to James Starks Green and Valarie Green. After getting his high school and college education, Phil served in the United States Army. He then worked as a farmer for most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Starks and Valarie Green; his brother, Sam Green; and a granddaughter, Hanna Hernandez.
Those left to cherish Phil’s memory are his loving wife, Rita Green; his children, Max and Monica Green, Aimee Hancock, Tony and Vivian Hernandez, and Aaron James Hernandez; his grandchildren, Jaxson and Adyson Green, Seth Hancock, and Sophie, Katie, and Tony (III) Hernandez, Jerrick Graves, Krystyna and Alexander Hernandez; and one great-granddaughter, Addison Garcia.
