LUBBOCK, TX – It’s not often you hear the name Remi and your first thought might be it’s short for Remington, but for Texas Country/Red Dirt artist Remi Mae, that’s not the case.
However, it was a first for her to meet Remington Ricketts during this week’s Live From The Backroom.
The Colorado native sat down in the 106-1 Flip-FM studios in Lubbock to perform a couple of her songs acoustically in preparation for a live performance – with a full band – Wednesday night at The Blue Light.
