FLOYDADA – An additional six indictments have been released from the Floyd County Grand Jury’s October 13 hearing. The charges are listed below with the defendant’s bond amount in parenthesis.

*Joe Luis Castro, 51 – Possession of a Controlled Substance of 1-4 grams of Methamphetamine ($5,000)
*Tiffany Hightower, 39 – Forgery ($2,500)
*Jason Harrison, 45 –Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Assault and Threat with a Deadly Weapon, two counts of deadly conduct ($33,000)
*Eric Estraca, 17 –Aggravated Assault causing Serious Bodily Injury ($20,000)
*Jose Miguel Cruz, 27 –Sexual Assault of a Child ($50,000)
