FLOYD COUNTY – A number of Floyd County residents walked across the stage this weekend to receive their college diplomas.
At least 14 people who listed Lockney or Floydada as their hometowns were given their newly-minted degrees on Saturday, May 7, with nine graduating from West Texas A&M University, four from Wayland Baptist University and one from Lubbock Christian University.
