LOCKNEY – Lockney ISD is pleased to welcome Mr. Ryan McCallister as our new Athletic Director and Head Football Coach.
Coach McCallister graduated from Idalou High School in 2009 and Texas Tech University in 2012. He has coordinated the offenses for Coahoma and Idalou with impressive results. He is an experienced head track coach, assistant baseball coach, wrestling coach, and strength and conditioning coordinator. His efforts in the classroom have resulted in 80% of his students meeting the “mastered” standard.
He and his wife, Ashley, have been married for nine years and have two children. Nolan (7) will be a first grader at Lockney Elementary while Annie (3) has one more year of off-season before joining our Pre-K program. Ashley graduated from Tulia High School in 2009 and Texas Tech University in 2012. She has eight years of teaching experience has taught Elementary and High School English.
We are excited at the opportunity to work with the McCallisters.
