Dora Elia Enriquez 68, of Floydada, TX was called home on April 7, 2022. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 10 am at Calvary Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Floydada, TX officiated by Armando Morales, pallbearers Harvey Garza Jr., Jaiden Cuellar, Jakob Cuellar, Joshua Posada, Joshua Posada Jr, and Corbin Banda. Honorary pallbearers, Jaxon Cuellar and Jayce Cuellar. Cremation to follow service. Visitations will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, at Calvary Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Floydada, TX from 12 pm-8 pm. Arrangements are under the personal care of Moore-Rose Funeral Home in Floydada.
Dora was born on June 28, 1953, in Moorhead, Minnesota to Manuel and Ninfa Enriquez. She was blessed with 3 beautiful daughters, Patricia Arredondo, Martha Garza, and Christina Banda whom she loved very much. Dora was a loving, caring mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was always willing to help others and loved taking care of her grandkids and great-grandkids. Dora made friends everywhere she went and enjoyed spending time with her friends. She was the family cook, she was always wanting to feed everyone, her kids, brothers, sisters, grandkids, great-grandkids, and anyone who walked through her door. She enjoyed spending time with her family, and friends, cooking, and watching Madea movies.
She is preceded in death by both parents, Manuel and Ninfa Enriquez, and two brothers, Juan Enriquez and Joe Enriquez. Dora is survived by 3 daughters, Patricia Arredondo (Manuel) of Lubbock, TX, Martha Garza (Harvey) of Floydada, TX, and Christina Banda (Aaron) of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Kimberly Cuellar (Jaime), Brittany Garcia, Harvey Garza Jr. (Candice), Stevan Posada Jr. (Ashley), Joshua Posada (Kimberly), Corbin Banda, Aiyana Banda, Tyee Banda; her great-grandchildren, Jakob Cuellar, Jaiden Cuellar, Jaxon Cuellar, Jayce Cuellar, John Anthony Posada, Serenity Posada, Ivan Posada, Na’zaria Posada, Joshua Posada Jr, and Harmony Posada; siblings, Abe Enriquez (Connie), Armando Enriquez (Gloria), Maria Graham, Diana Enriquez, Randy Enriquez (Sara) and many nieces and nephew.
