As the nation prepares to celebrate Thanksgiving on November 25, members of Floydada’s faith community are coming together to say thanks to the Lord in a collective worship service.
Sponsored by Floydada’s Ministerial Alliance, the service will take place on Sunday the 21st at 6:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church’s Fellowship Center. Everyone in the community are welcome to attend.
A love offering will be taken up in support of Floydada’s non-profit Spirit of Sharing (S.O.S.) ministry.
A time of fellowship with cookies and coffee will follow the service.
Churches involved in the service include Temple Emanuel, Calvarly Cornerstone Fellowship, Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Primera Iglesia Bautista, Trinity Assembly of God, First United Methodist and First Baptist.
