MUNCY, TX – The 29th Annual Floyd County Friends Gala was filled with energy, community spirit, and celebration. More than 580 attendees danced the night away while supporting a meaningful cause, helping to raise an impressive $62,500 in net profit for the Floyd County Friends Unity Center.
The event’s success was made possible by the dedication and enthusiasm of the local community, the generosity of sponsors, and the talents of numerous vendors. Their collective efforts created an unforgettable evening and made a lasting impact.
Title Sponsor First Texas National Bank proudly presented this year’s gala. Additional Event Sponsors included Allenburg Cotton, Collection 806, D&J Gin, LLC, First United Bank, Floydada Co-op Gin, Happy State Bank, Kellison Roofing & Construction, Soil Mender, Texas Farm Bureau – Segayle Blakely, Agent, West Texas National Bank, and Western Equipment.
A talented lineup of vendors brought the evening’s vibrant atmosphere to life. Josh Weathers headlined the entertainment, with Danny Cadra opening the show. Mayfield Productions provided seamless production support, while Jeana’s Feedbag Catering served a delicious menu. The hardworking youth of Floyd County 4-H and Lockney FFA provided service, and Sips and Giggles kept spirits high at the bar.
Guests enjoyed fun moments at the West TX Selfie photo booth, sipped specialty drinks from the Broadway Brew coffee bar, and admired festive balloon décor by Jerika Longoria, also known as The Balloon Lady.
With such an outpouring of support and success, excitement is already building for the 30th Annual Gala.
