SAN ANGELO, TX – The Floydada FFA chapter had an outstanding weekend at the Gilt Stock Show held at the San Angelo Stock Show, bringing home impressive results and showcasing the talent of its members.
DJ Sanchez Dominates the Gilt Show
DJ Sanchez stole the spotlight with his remarkable performance at the Junior Stars Gilt Show. He earned the prestigious title of Supreme Champion and also took home several other accolades:

In addition to his victories, Sanchez placed 7th with a Duroc and 10th with a Chester, proving his versatility and skill in breeding and showing different breeds.

Addison Hinson also made her mark in San Angelo, placing in two highly competitive shows. Hinson earned:

The De La Fuente Family Triumphs
The De La Fuente Family had a standout weekend, with their Berk gilt earning recognition in both the Junior Stars Gilt Show and Junior Breeding Show. Manny De La Fuente’s hard work and commitment paid off with strong results, and the Floydada FFA chapter is extremely proud of their achievements.
Armando and the Chavarria Family Shine in Kerrville
Armando Chavarria and his family also had a successful weekend at the Texas Elite Showcase in Kerrville, where they saw great results with their pigs:
