LOCKNEY, TX — The City of Lockney is urging residents to pay their water bills by 5:00 PM today, January 27, to avoid any penalties or service interruptions. Any outstanding bills after this time will be classified as delinquent and will be subject to disconnection starting at 8:00 AM tomorrow, January 28.

Residents are reminded that once bills are considered delinquent, a $85 disconnect/reconnect fee will be automatically applied to their accounts. This fee is added to the total balance for those who fail to pay by the deadline.

The city offers several convenient payment methods, including an online portal and a customer service line. Payments can be made via the Municipal Online Payments website at www.municipalonlinepayments.com/lockneytx, or residents can contact the payment center by phone at 866-228-6801 for assistance.

City officials are encouraging residents to take care of any outstanding balances promptly to avoid disruption to water services and the additional fee.

For more information or assistance, residents are urged to contact the City of Lockney’s utility department.
