FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Lady Winds were in district action on Tuesday as they were matched up against the Ralls Lady Rabbits.
Floydada’s defense helped create a 11-1 lead at the end of the first quarter.
The Lady Winds were able to extend their lead going into halftime 25-4.
In the second half, the Lady Winds continued their momentum and secured the victory 55-13.
Floydada was led in scoring by Katelynn Ramirez with 14 points.
Also contributing to the Lady Winds offense was Tavianne Bullock (12 points) & Brittany Falcon (10 points).
Floydada moves to 12-11 overall and 3-4 in district.
