LOCKNEY, TX – Lockney ISD is excited to welcome students back to school on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Teachers returned to work a day earlier, on Monday, for an In-Service day focused on professional development.
This week promises to be full of exciting activities for our students. On Tuesday, we’ll kick off the week with College and Career Day, where students are encouraged to represent their schools—whether large or small proudly. It’s a wonderful tradition at LISD, as our teachers look forward to this day each month to share and explore the vast array of career opportunities available to students in the future.
Additionally, we are pleased to share this month’s school menu so students and families can plan for delicious and nutritious meals during the school week.
LISD looks forward to a great start to the semester and an exciting week of learning and growth!
