FLOYDADA, TX – The Floydada Whirlwinds celebrated Homecoming Week with a win over the Smyer Bobcats on Friday night.
Homecoming 2024 in Floydada featured the halftime presentation of the Homecoming King and Queen.
The nominees for homecoming king were Braun Hobbs, Ty Henderson, Sergio Valadez, and Logan Smith.
The nominees for homecoming queen were Soriah Wickware, Allyson Romero, Kirsten Pyle, and Arianna Sanchez.
The 2024 Homecoming King was awarded to Caleb Speed.
The 2024 Homecoming Queen was awarded to Kaitlynn Ramirez.
The Whirlwinds were victorious over Smyer 34-14.
