LOCKNEY, TX—A former high school science and physics teacher will be a new physician at the Cogdell Clinic at W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Ben Benacci was raised in Brackettville, Texas, and received his Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University. Before attending medical school, he taught high school science and physics for 18 years in Lubbock.
After receiving his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, he completed his Residency in Family Medicine at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Odessa.
Dr. Benacci will begin in the Lockney Clinic on July 22nd.
