LOCKNEY, TX – Join the WJ Mangold Memorial Hosptial on Saturday, June 22 as they host a Health Fair from 8:30 a.m. until noon.
The event will take place at Lockney Elementary School with 14 service providers expected to be in attendance.
The Foundation will also be hosting their 2nd annual Color Run, beginning at 10 a.m.

W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital Foundation hosts 2nd Annual Color Run
“Lockney, TX— June 18, 2024 — W.J. Mangold Memorial Hospital Foundation hosts
2nd Annual Color Run scheduled for Saturday, June 22, 2024.
Registration begins at 9:00 am
and the event begins at 10:00 am. The course will begin in front of Lockney Elementary School
and follow an approximately 1.8-mile path through the streets of Lockney and finishing in front
of the school. The Hospital will also be sponsoring the return of the Community Health Fair
from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon that same day at the elementary school cafeteria.
Twenty-two sponsors from around the region have committed to supporting the event and
over 100 participants are expected to run or walk the course. This is a family friendly event that
is designed to promote health and wellness in the community and raise funds for the Foundation
which provides support for capital and service needs of the hospital. The registration fee is
$10.00 per person with kids age 5 and under $5.00. Participants will receive a t-shirt, sunglasses,
and color powder packets as part of their registration fee. Payment can be made by check or
through Venmo at WJfoundation. Please indicate the size of t-shirt for each participant if paying
by Venmo.
