LOCKNEY, TX – Nearly a quarter of the 893 visits to the Cogdell Clinic in February were to the new Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Munden (210 visits).
According to Vince DiFranco, CEO of WJ Mangold Memorial Hospital, there were 206 visits to the emergency room, nine acute admissions for 30 patient days, and 13 observation patients during the month.
DiFranco explained to the Lockney General Hospital Board at the end of March that three procedures were performed, almost 3,700 lab tests were performed, and the Radiology volume was 306, with 54 CT scans in February.
Total gross revenue for the month was $1,743,026 compared to a budget of $1,829,158 and $1,598,036 in February 2023. Other operating revenue was $45,475. With adjustments at $968,416, overall expenses at $1,066,573, and non-operating income of $87,856, the net loss was $158,631 for the month.
