FLOYDADA, TX – Matt McArthur grew up in Spur, but his passion has taken him to other parts of the state.
“I was a police officer in Sealy, Texas (and) I’ve also worked in the private security and materials control divisions of U.S. Security, AECOM, Argo Blockchain, and others over the years,” he says.
Today, though, McArthur wants to help manage the growth in the long term as the population of Lubbock continues to spill out into neighboring communities.
When he’s not doing that, you might find him hunting, fishing, traveling, or just watching soccer.
