FLOYDADA, TX – Over 60 years ago, Ed Hammond decided to open a business in Floydada. Today, and a few owners later, Hammond Sheet Metal still operates at 105 North Fifth Street, providing heating and air conditioning service to the area.
Zach Emert owns the same business his father once owned, and the Floydada native relies on help from Sylvia Bueno and Dusty Prisk.
Hammond Sheet Metal is open weekdays from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, with a break during the noon hour, and is the Floydada Chamber of Commerce’s April Business of the Month.
