HALE CENTER, TX – The Lockney Lady Horns traveled to Hale Center to battle the Lady Owls in a district game on Friday.
The Lady Owls scored eight runs in the bottom of the first inning to go up 8-0.
Lockney would get on the board in the top of the second inning adding one run, but still trailed 8-1
Hale Center’s offense continued in the bottom of the second, adding eight more runs and securing the victory 16-1.
The Lady Horns move to 4-17 overall and 0-8 in district play.
