WHITEFACE, TX – The Lockney Lady Horns are in action at the Whiteface Tournament this weekend.
In their first game, the Lady Horns were matched up against Springlake Earth.
Lockney kept the game close in the first half; however, Springlake Earth’s offense picked up in the second half and pulled away for the win over the Lady Horns, 39-25.
In the second game, the Lady Horns had a late lead against Friona, but had some costly turnovers late and would fall to Friona 41-35.
Lockney was then matched up against Whitharral, who were unable to keep up with the Lady Panthers offense and were defeated 48-13.
The Lady Horns will play Olton today as they continue the tournament.
