FLOYDADA, TX – Two public hearings are scheduled for Monday morning in Floyd County, and both are being held during the regular monthly meeting of the Commissioners Court.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m., there will be a presentation of the Annual Written Plan for funding the Preservation and Restoration of the County Clerk’s Record Archive, followed by discussion and possible action on approving the County Clerk’s Archive Plan.
Immediately following the first hearing, a second will receive public comments on the Proposed Tax Rate, followed by an open discussion. The Court is expected to adopt the 2023 Tax Rate as well.
