RALLS, TX – The Lockney Lady Horns (8-4) were in action at the Lady Rabbit Invitational on March 2-4.
There were eight teams competing at the invitational, including Ralls, Denver City, Lockney, Lubbock Cooper, Petersburg, Roosevelt, Sudan, and Tahoka.
Lockney was faced with back-to-back games, with the first game against Petersburg.
The Lady Horns were defeated by Petersburg, 13-5.
In the game that followed, Tahoka was able to defeat Lockney 14-1.
On Saturday, the Lady Horns were faced with another back-to-back game, the first being against Sudan.
Lockney was victorious in their game against the Lady Nettes, 5-4.
Following their win, the Lady Horns were matched up against Lubbock Cooper and would fall 13-2.
Lockney will start their district season against the Lady Lions in New Deal on Tuesday.
