LOCKNEY, TX – Both Floyd County teams were in action on Monday night as the junior high squads played in their season opener.
7th grade girls: Floydada won 28-8.
8th grade girls: Floydada won 39-27.
7th grade boys: Lockney won 28-17.
8th grade boys: Lockney won 37-27.
Next Monday, Lockney will travel to play New Deal, while Floydada will host Ralls.
