Tony St. James (All Ag, All Day) joins RFD-TV's Rural Evening News to talk about the effects of recent rains on the region
NASHVILLE, TN – Recent rainfall across Texas is helping the region ease a historic drought and offering optimism for farmers and ranchers heading into the winter.
Speaking on RFD-TV’s Rural Evening News, Tony St. James of All Ag, All Day explains how the moisture has allowed producers to shut off the irrigation wells for the rest of the cotton growing season.
As for range and pasture land, he talks about the effect the moisture will have on the livestock industry and whether this event might halt the contraction in the nation’s cattle herd.
