JJ Herrera and Allison Muniz
Mike and Jana Muniz of Floydada are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Allison Renee Muniz to Jasen Jay (JJ) Herrera, son of Sammy and Aimee Herrera of Farwell.
Allison is the granddaughter of the late Eduardo and Mary Muniz of Floydada and Jerry and Julie Finley of Floydada.
JJ is the grandson of Hector and Diana Herrera of Houston, Lupe & Mary Garza of Farwell, Doug and Debbie Dillon of Farwell, and Mark Murray of Springtown.
The bride elect is a 2019 graduate of Floydada High School and a 2022 graduate of Wayland Baptist University where she obtained her Bachelors of Applied Science in Banking and Finance.
The prospective groom is a 2015 graduate of Farwell High School. He is also a 2019 graduate of Wayland Baptist University where he obtained his Bachelors of Social Studies with a minor in Education and a 2021 graduate with his Masters in Sports Administration. JJ has been hired to coach and teach at Texico High School beginning in August.
The couple plans a June 25, 2022, wedding at the First Baptist Church in Floydada. After the wedding the couple will reside in Farwell.
