LOCKNEY – A ministry started by two sisters with a deep love for the South Plains community has recently expanded their reach to their home town.
The Outcome, founded by Nicole Schmalzried and Kayla Sherman, recently opened a clothing closet in Lockney. The pair sat down with the Record to talk about the experience.
