LOCKNEY – A social media post by a student at Lockney Junior High lead to school officials and police taking measures to make sure all students at the school were safe Wednesday.
The unidentified student was pulled from classes Wednesday morning after the post came to the attention of the school. The district says it was determined at no time were any of the students at risk, but out of abundance of caution the student met with officers and school officials to understand the severity of the situation.
School continued without incident for students Wednesday.
