LOCKNEY — Lockney Independent School District’s Board of Trustees will hold a regular board meeting Tuesday. Budget amendments and redistricting discussion are on the agenda, among other items.
The board will take a look at the 2021-22 budget and two proposed amendments, including a revision of the retention stipend that was recently granted to all employees. The board will also consider adding a line item to the budget for bus tests and licensing.
The board will also consider a legal services agreement with Underwood Law Firm regarding the district’s decennial redistricting process. They will also form and appoint members to a redistricting committee.
The board meets Tuesday evening at 7 o’clock at the LISD administration building, 601 W. Poplar St.
