FLOYDADA — The Floydada City Council unanimously voted on Tuesday to begin the condemnation process on two properties in the 600 block of East Kentucky Street.
625 E. Kentucky, owned by Ismael Arevalo, and 623 E. Kentucky, directly to the west and owned by Toribio Sanchez will both begin condemnation following the council’s vote.
The council also approved a zoning variance request for an awning at 916 S. Garrison.
